Comments for ways to improve are also very constructive for the company and allows employees and mangament to interchange ideas. This is also a low cost base method, a lot quicker and cheaper than mail. However, misinformation is a huge problem with blogs, people can say things that aren't true, and once a post is posted, then employees, "may get the wrong end of the stick". Potentiel false rumors may inquire, that might hurt the image of the company. Also, information leakage is also possible, which may lead for competitors to gain an advantage.
